BLOG: The "STRATUS-R" Jacket (Drops 12/5/25)
STRATUS-R JACKET
”Mission Grade Outerwear”
A new era in the evolution of QILO.
We are proud to introduce the STRATUS-R - our first true rain/storm shell utilizing Gore-Tex level performance & technology.
The jacket is constructed of a 3-layer laminate fabric consisting of a nylon outer shell, a middle membrane, and an inner liner, bonded together for maximum weather protection and durability. This construction provides a waterproof, breathable, and windproof material, with the inner layer protecting the membrane and the outer layer providing abrasion resistance.
The interior is seam-taped to prevent water leakage through seam/stitch lines and embroidery hits.
See bottom of page for size chart and care instruction.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Use a neutral detergent or a specialized cleaner for waterproof jackets with lukewarm water (below 30°C). Do not soak the jacket. Use a soft brush to gently scrub stains only on heavily soiled areas.
Step 2
Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water to remove all detergent. Do not wring the jacket. Hang it to dry naturally in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight. Avoid high-temperature ironing and frequent washing.
Step 3
With professional guidance, periodically restore the jacket’s waterproof performance using a suitable waterproofing agent.
Reminder
Waterproof jackets must be hand-washed only. Do not machine wash, spin-dry, or dry clean, as this may damage the waterproof coating or cause seam tape to separate. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
