We are back with the warmest jacket in the QILO outerwear lineup with tree colorways in collaboration with Slade and his brand SC Irregulars.

All three colorways are inspired by the gear that Slade was issued during his time serving in Naval Special Warfare.

Maritime Grey - inspired by the MAS grey uniforms worn during VBSS training for shipborne operations. The piece also draws from the grey PCU Level 7 jackets - a staple of GWOT aesthetic.
AOR1 (New Version) - “Area of Responsibility 1” the pattern issued to Navy Seals during the height of America’s GWOT desert wars.
This season we updated the zippers, hardware, and trim from black (last season) to a beautiful palette of tans and browns. More details below.
AOR2 - “Area of Responsibility 2” was also issued to Navy seals for the intent of woodland or tropical usage. This pattern has since been widely adopted by big Navy and issued as the featured pattern on the “NWU type III” uniform.

MARITIME GREY

Maritime Grey - designed to be your subtle, everyday, low-key solid color that is wearable in most situations and environments. A warm grey tone that is inspired by MAS Grey VBSS training uniforms, our maritime grey colorway takes on different lighting in a useful manner with quiet luxurious appeal.

In some lighting, the grey skews cool, in other lighting in skews warm. At dusk or dawn, it may even take on a purple tint to the viewer.

This is the GWOT PCU Level 7 reimagined for the modern day.

NOTE: Out of all three colorways, the Maritime Grey uniquely features the following two branded heat-transfer prints:

AOR1

Aor1 is perhaps the most iconic camo pattern of naval special warfare - since it was and continues to be the only pattern developed for and used by only the Seal teams (preceded by DCU and succeeded by MultiCam).

Although this appears to be a restock of last season’s Aor1, discerning followers of the brand will observe that this season has seen an overhaul in all of the trim and accessory colors. Whereas last season’s jacket used black, this season’s update features various shades of tan and brown to closely match the pattern in the following components:

Binding Tape (along the hood edge)
Bungee Cord (waist and hood adjustment)

Our creative director spent weeks scrutinizing the color and texture of each material to closely match the pattern.
