QILO x Kommando Store “South Africa” Capsule
Soldier 2000 Pattern
This isn’t your dad’s Chocolate Chip Pattern.
Hailing all the way from South Africa, this pattern was used during the early 2000s and onwards as the South African National Defense Force wanted to part ways with its “Nutria brown” past.
On the military surplus market, it’s a rare commodity, being banned from civilian ownership outright in South Africa.
There’s even been a few high profile arrests of individuals appearing on TV wearing Soldier 2000, and the few scraps of it that exist outside South Africa are hard to come by.
The best way to get the real deal is to know a guy, but as they say, “TIA, This Is Africa”.
THE SHERP:
Our Gen. II Sherp is the coziest sherp on the market.
High-pile sherpa exterior with a microfleece velour lining, it excels at heat retention while providing a soft, comfy texture for your arms while worn with just a t-shirt.
It needs to be felt and worn in-person to truly appreciate - like wearing a cozy blanket near a warm fireplace.
Fits standard/true to size.
Order the same size that you would for most tees/tops.
